Todos os nossos transportes têm seguro total de passageiros, em conformidade com a lei portuguesa.
A MYSTIC ALGARVE não se responsabiliza por perdas ou danos que não sejam provocados directamente pelos seus serviços, nem por qualquer artigo deixado no interior dos seus veículos.
É da inteira responsabilidade do cliente encontrar-se na data, hora e local combinados com o motorista, sob pena de ser deixado para trás.
As tarifas estão sujeitas a alterações sem aviso prévio, quando devido a circunstâncias alheias à nossa vontade.
Sem Taxas e sem pagamento adiantado. O pagamento será efectuado à chegada.
O custo com portagens não está incluído no preço do transfer. Esse valor será acrescentado sempre que se aplique.
Cancelamentos: só haverá direito a reembolso se efectuados até 24 horas antes do serviço reservado.
Não são aceites reclamações no que respeita a atrasos antes ou durante a viagem causados por circunstâncias alheias à MYSTIC ALGARVE

All our vehicles have full insurance coverage for passengers, in accordance with the Portuguese law.
MYSTIC ALGARVE is not responsible for any loss or damage caused indirectly by their services nor for any items left in their vehicles.
It is the clients' full responsibility to be on the day, time and location agreed with the driver. Failure to do so may result in being left behind.
Prices are subject to change without previous notice, when due to circumstances beyond our control.
No complaints will be accepted due to delays before or during the tour caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, mechanical failure, etc.).
No hidden fees and no cash advances. You will pay the company representative on arrival.
The cost of the tolls is not included in the price of the transfer. This cost will be added when applicable.
Cancellations: Refunds will only be given if cancelations are made up to 24 hours prior to the day of service.
